Service packs must be used in the course of one year following the date of purchase.
All calls are returned within 2 hours, except emergency
services calls, which are returned within 20 minutes.
If you wish to obtain
ON-SITE service following a phone call for problems
which can only be fixed in person, this service is
available for $100.00 per hour, parts extra. The
technician will come to your location immediately
following the call. If you are located outside Winnipeg,
MB, Canada, travel fees will apply. If you are a
member of Forest.ESP, you can order parts after-hours
as well! If we have it in stock, we'll bring it to
you, and help you install it if you wish. Charge
for delivery is $40.00 and on-site installation is
$60.00 extra.

The cost is $100.00 per incident or $200.00 per hour,
and there are no time restrictions - you can call
24 hours a day, 7 days a week! All we need is to
have your credit card number on file for billing,
or credit pre-approval.
