Our technicians have done work all across North America and around the world. We have the experience and talent to deal with any situation we're faced with.
If it takes a local technician 10 hours to do something that we can do in 4, suddenly the airfare and accomodations are worth it, especially if it's a satellite office and security is important to you. This way, only your usual trusted technician has access to your sensitive infrastructure information.
The customer is responsible for all travel expenses that are incurred, and travel time is billed at $30.00 per hour.
Once at the site, our normal on-site
labour rate of $90.00 per working hour applies.
