If your system should, by some chance, require our expert attention, you can
take comfort in the fact that your system will not
leave the country. In fact, it will be repaired right
where you bought it, in our shop, by our highly skilled
technicians.

True, many others claim to have a Two Year Parts,
Five Year Labour warranty. Some companies even
claim to have longer. How long will they allow
your system to sit on the shelf, waiting for your
$20 part to return from the manufacturer? At Forest,
we will replace, on the spot (provided we have
one!), any main component of your system found
faulty within the first 30 days. (For reference, "main" component refers to any one of the keyboard, mouse, monitor, system case, mainboard,
CPU, RAM, hard drive, CD-ROM, floppy drive, video
card, sound card, modem, or network card.) If a
main component requires servicing during the warranty
period, your system will be outfitted with a suitable
loaner part (again, provided we have one available!),
until your part returns, free of charge.
